Managing bookings and pre-requisites for divers doesn't need to be done from multiple WhatsApp messages, emails and a paper ledger. We've built the tools we wished existed when we were the ones in the shop.

01 — Why we exist

Booking dives in 2026 still runs on WhatsApp and emails, with no payments.

Our founder kept watching the same scene at every shop he visited: an operator squinting at a phone, copying details from an Instagram DM into a Google Sheet, then back out to a WhatsApp confirmation. And then the one that really stings — an uncertified diver who booked a fun dive instead of a Discover Scuba, because no system guided them or checked their pre-requisites.

The booking platforms that exist either charge marketplace commissions for traffic the shop already had, or feel built for hotels — not dive operators who need to check certifications, handle pay-on-arrival, and live and die by groups of 4–8 on a specific date.

Odysseic is the in-between we never found. Software you own, that runs on your domain, with your branding, your payment processor, and your diver's trust intact. We're the rail — never the middleman.

Every confirmation email CCs both diver and shop with the real reply-to set. We don't insert ourselves between you and your customer — your relationship, your future bookings.

We never touch your money

Bring your own payment processor — Stripe, Xendit, Doku. Funds settle directly to your account; we read transactions and reverse fees when you refund a diver. No platform float, no payout delays, no surprises.

Your pre-requisites and policies, enforced

You set the certifications, depths, experience levels and booking policies that apply to each dive. The platform checks them at booking time — so a diver can't book past what they're qualified for, and your rules are followed without you having to police every message.

We've lived the trade and understand certification requirements and pre-requisites inside out. Our team has taught in dive centres in Indonesia and logged enough dives around the world to know what bookings should look like.
